TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEFINITION OF MEAL PLAN ON PER DAY BASIS –

 

AP(All Meals plan)- 1 Lunch (Veg / Fish), 1 Dinner (Veg/ Chicken), 1 Breakfast, 3 Times Tea/Coffee.

EP (Standard Plan/ European Plan)- Only Room included.

[Meals or food items which are part of package will be served in dining hall only, any food item served into room will be charged extra. Tea coffee also will be charged extra if served into the room]

 

MEALS TIMING –

Morning Tea – 7:30 Am

Breakfast – 9:00 Am to 10:15 Am

Lunch – 1:15 Pm to 2:45 Pm

Dinner – 9:00 Pm to 10:30 Pm

 

CHECKIN PROCESS –

1. Entry will be taken in register mentioning all the details.

2. ID card or Rs:500 per room will be taken as deposit, which will be returned during checkout once the room keys are submitted in reception.

 

HIGHLY MANDATORY INSTRUCTION –

 

By making payment you agree to the booking details sent on email, and have carefully read it. If you find any error in booking email, get it rectified within 1 hr. of making payment or before making payment.

Email will be considered as final. Jogalekar Cottage will not be responsible if any guest fails to check email.

No music is allowed after 10:00 Pm. If any group makes any loud noise or tries to play any music at any time during day or night which may disturb other occupied guest or villagers, immediately all activities will be stopped irrespective of any commitment given (irrespective of number of times any guest have visited the property or having any past experience). In case if any nuisance is created by guest jogalekar cottage terms and conditions will supersede any commitment given verbally/WhatsApp/email.

 

GENERAL HOTEL POLICY:

 

  • By paying advance you confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions mentioned.
  • Jogalekar Cottage and Passiflora inn are separate businesses having separate management and legal identity, any form of clubbing of bookings, rooms, facilities or services is not possible. if anyone is found using facilities of Passiflora inn Rs: 5000 per person will be levied.
  • No building Specific Booking is accepted unless and until it is explicitly mentioned in special note. No request or issue will be entertained during check-in regarding any accommodation in specific hotel building or Room no.
  • Booking should be confirmed / reconfirmed at least 30 minutes before making the payment to our bankers. Booking will be confirmed 50% payment to our bankers
  • Entry will be given on full payment to the tune of amount pertaining to the total number of persons booked. Digital Payment is accepted for payments.
  • If the number persons accompanied are more than the number persons while booking & if we are unable to provide you with additional room, additional members will be accommodated within your booked rooms only but the charges for additional members should be paid according to our above tariff rates (no concession will be offered for the adjustment of space accommodation please).
  • Advance / Booking amount cannot be refunded or also cannot be adjusted towards postponed dates of same person/s or any other person/s.
  • Child between 4 yrs.& 9 yrs., Half Charge applicable.
  • To avoid time delay at reception counter PL., bring the list of every accompanying person, their age, mobile nos. & id proof. pl. bring age proof of child. in the absence of age proof, the decision of the Jogalekar Cottage management for fixing the category whether no charge(up to 3 yrs.), half charge(4 yrs. to 9 yrs.), full charge (10 yrs.& above) will be final.
  • Please co-operate with us by not sending our room service person for bringing or buying your personal needs from outside of the resorts.
  • In Awas shops are less & not located in nearby vicinity, so it takes long time to get any thing from outside. You will understand that absence of one room service person, hampers the smooth service of other many occupants in the resort. All Packages Inclusive of One lunch, One Dinner, One Breakfast, Three Tea. Any other food & beverages will be available for extra cost. Facilities like Swimming Pool, Rain Dance, Cricket kit, Football, Volley-Ball, Badminton etc. is available for the occupants. But at times we may not be able to provide them to you / to all. WIFI is an additional facility which we may not be able to offer at all time. WIFI is available in common areas and not inside room.
  • Please note that these facilities are no way related to our charges (tariff). We have generator set with 30 K.V. capacity to support needs of all our rooms. By grace of God, till date it is working uninterrupted, without repairs. Our operating cost for the generator set is Rs.1000/- per hour. We can offer this facility for free, only when the booking is full. Please note that we cannot provide you this facility only when – It is out of order (not in working condition). – Occupancy is very low. In such case it can be run by bearing or sharing the cost by customers.
  • Driver will be charged for Lunch, Dinner, Tea, Breakfast separately. Driver will be accommodated in common driver room on separate accommodation charges, if needed (on availability and prior information). If the driver is occupied in tourist room he will be charged as regular tourist and not as driver.
  • Any extra item ordered from restaurant or cafe which is sold at MRP (ex. Package Drinking water, Cold drinks, Juice etc) will attract service charge. To avoid any additional service charge guest are requested to purchase the item directly from shop/cafe.

Pet Policy –

Pet must be vaccinated.
Charges for the Pet are excluding Food.
Pets are not allowed inside swimming pool. If found fine will be charged.
Pets are not allowed inside dining hall. Also taking food outside dining hall is not permitted.
If food is required for pet it will be charged extra, and can be feeded in designated area only.
Pets can be tied to the hook by leash if required outside dining hall.
Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room and must be accompanied by their owners in public places at all times.
Pet hygiene is the responsibility of the Pet owner.
Pets should not be left alone in a room or in any public areas.
Pets must not cause noise or any nuisance to disturb the welfare or sleep of other guests.
Please do not allow your pets over any furniture, for example, bed, etc.
Guests are responsible for any property damages or any personal injuries caused due to their pets.
The pets must be always supervised by an adult at all times.
The hotel will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to or caused by the pet, death, or loss of a pet.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Advance / Booking amount can not be refunded or also can not be adjusted towards postponed dates of the same person/s or any other persons.

Privacy Policy

    • We may collect certain personal information like (contact number, email id, name , address etc.) which we will be requiring for security purpose.
    • The data can be shared to the police department as and when required.
    • We may make use of data for Hotels marketing purpose.
